Descripción
Objetivos
Why does a wine label read differently depending on where you buy it? This COIL takes you from vineyard to bottle to explore wine through three lenses at once: science, law and entrepreneurship. Working in small international teams with peers from France, Spain and Germany, you will decode legal protections such as the Protected Designation of Origin, get to grips with the chemistry behind vinification, and see how sustainability and entrepreneurship shape the wine industry today. A shared case study will let you put it all into practice and present your conclusions to the group — a genuine, hands-on taste of intercultural, interdisciplinary teamwork, with no travel required.
